Mokkun

I am a photographer rooted in Okinawa — a land where the
spirit of Ryukyu lives on in the wind, in the music,
and beneath the stone paths weathered by time.
The blood of my ancestors flows through me.
What I see through the lens is not just a scene,
but a memory — a soul — shaped by centuries of resilience
and quiet strength.
My portraits and landscapes are more than images;
they are traces of a living culture.
Each frame is a silent offering to those who walked
before me, and a way to carry the Ryukyuan spirit forward
— not as history, but as now.
